Differences From The 4 Variants Of Daihatsu Terios

Daihatsu introduced the All New Terios in four variants: X, X Deluxe, R and R Deluxe. The four of them do have some similarities, for example, a longer body dimension, the new 1,496 cc Dual VVT-i engine and a qualified safety system.

The question is, what is the difference between each variant? Which variant is most suitable for you to choose? Let's cover them one by one.

All New Terios X

X variant, minimum completeness compared to others. From the exterior, it can be characterized by the use of a grille, skid plates and black rims. The four wheels are 215/65-R16. The technology embedded on the outside is a power-efficient LED lighting system.

Entering the interior, the dashboard uses a two-color combination. AC is digital, Multi Instrument Display (MID), still upholstery and a three-row bench. The comfort of the cabin is supported by dual blower AC, 2 DIN touch screen head unit that connects to DVD, USB, Aux in and radio, speakers to the second row and smartphone charger in the first row. Six headrests are available, two for each row.

The R variant has a very striking difference from the exterior. Looks elegant because of the use of chrome grille and rims. Daihatsu also added a fog lamp with a chrome cover for better lighting. The rear also uses chrome accents on the trunk door and the appearance of the brake lights at the top. The size of all four wheels is larger than the X variant, 215/60-R17.

The interior is also made with various chrome accents, so that the impression of luxury is more pronounced. The leather wrapped steering wheel and quality fabric seats are claimed to be better than the X variant. The lamps are available for lighting and second line luggage.

All New Terios R Deluxe
